Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Knudge — AI chat, voice, and phone agents for your website and phone numbers. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

1. The service

Knudge lets you configure AI agents, embed them on your properties, receive phone calls, take over conversations as a human, and connect integrations (Slack, Cal.com, telephony). Features may evolve; we won't materially degrade the service you pay for without notice.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your agents (prompts, knowledge bases, style sources), for having the right to upload that content, for complying with laws that apply to your use (including AI-disclosure, consumer-protection, recording-consent, and privacy laws), and for reviewing AI output where accuracy matters. You must not use Knudge for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, or attempt to breach or overload the platform.

3. AI output

AI-generated responses can be wrong. Knudge provides tools (evaluation, human takeover, learning loop) to improve quality, but we do not guarantee any particular output. Agents always disclose they are AI.

4. Billing

Knudge uses a prepaid wallet plus optional subscription plans. Usage (AI tokens, voice minutes, phone minutes, numbers) is metered against a published rate card and deducted from your wallet. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend workspaces with negative balances after notice.

5. Data

Your data stays yours. We process it per our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our data-processing terms. Your conversation data is never used to train models for other customers.

6. Availability & support

We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Support is provided via the in-app help center and email.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate for material breach with 14 days' notice (immediately for serious abuse). On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes & contact
